Busy with his normal gardening duties, this man looks up at a nearby window and spots an ill child. Over time, he comes to realize that this girl can't go outside due to her sickness. Wanting to bring a smile to the poor child's face, he started creating intricate designs in the surrounding dirt and sand for her to enjoy from her elevated vantage point.
